Taxes and fees
Shipping costs include taxes on the added value of the corresponding country (IGI, VAT, ...). Not other taxes, fees, fees or surcharges.
When you place your order, please check the details correctly, if there is an error and the delivery can not be made, you will have to take charge of the expenses that will result in a new shipment. For shipments to Spain and peninsular Portugal, two delivery attempts are included. If at the time of delivery you are absent, you will be given a notice, if after 15 days it has not been possible to deliver the package, they will return to our store. That is why it is advisable that you indicate your phone at the time of placing the order so that we can contact you. For international shipments a single delivery attempt is made, if you do not find them at home, they will leave you a notice so you can pick up the order at the nearest office. If you have not collected it within 7 days it will be returned to its origin. In this case, it is also important that you indicate your phone so that we can locate you. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the messenger service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or change it within 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order. For this reason, we ask that you send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the necessary information to locate your order and the reason for your return or change. At the time we receive your email, we will reply to you by email. In order to comply with the repayment period, you will have to send this mail before the indicated 15 days. In case the return is due to causes attributable to Musko® (defective product or does not match the reference purchased) we will take care of collecting the product and changing it for the correct, taking care of the costs associated with this refund or exchange. In the case that the return is due to causes not attributable to Musko® (change of color or size, change of opinion or error when making the purchase) must be the customer who is responsible for returning the Product in perfect condition (with the same envelope that you received, same labels, same paper, same box ...). You will have 15 business days to return it, when we receive the products and verify that they are in perfect condition we will make the corresponding refund and we will do it with the same method of payment that you made for the initial transaction. Remember, the entire amount will be refunded, except for shipping costs. The customer must also bear the direct cost of returning the products. We recommend that you return with a private courier service with which you can track your package so that we receive it correctly and we can proceed to return or change without problems.
